Gary traveled to Texas to speak to graduate students at Texas A&M.
And while I'm not as big as a wimp as I used to be about him being gone
(I think ax murderers probably have more desirable targets than me)
I still don't like it when he's gone.
To all the single parents: I salute you. You have my utmost admiration. Truly.
But...while he was gone I did get to catch up on all of my DVR'ed shows.
Including SNL.
And the one skit that cracked me up was Taylor Swift as the teenage girl frustrated with bad parent drivers.
So funny.
And sad, at the same time, that I now relate more to the parents than the teenage girl.
Wow...that head gear. Does anyone really have to wear that anymore?

LOL! Loved the Taylor Swift video! I'm guilty of looking for the cell phone while driving (though I would never be caught talking on the phone while driving)
no wonder you were waiting for Friday! I never liked when hubby traveled either. The kids always got sick or something broke when he would be gone.
I agree, single parents have a very tough job! hubby one time went ahead of us for a job while I stayed behind to sell the house; 71 days and I was going crazy!
I think head gear could be a thing of the past??
betty
Damn HULU won't let out of USA view videos. I'm gonna search youtube for it. When my Hubby travels I'm always sure that the bad scary man can crack the alarm code and is waiting in my closet. Have a wonderful Sunday.
When I first saw that skit I cracked up! Thanks for letting me watch it again.
I love her and now after seeing the video, I love her more.
